Bilal Mosque warmly invites the community to a weekly Islamic lecture designed to enrich our understanding of Islam and strengthen our faith.
What We Teach: Our Weekly Curriculum
We believe in nurturing the next generation while providing spiritual growth for adults. Our weekly lectures are tailored to meet the specific needs of each age group.
For Children: Building a Strong Foundation
Our youth program focuses on literacy and core values to help children connect with their heritage and faith:
- ✍️ Urdu Language: Developing reading and speaking skills to maintain cultural and linguistic roots.
- 🕌 Islamic Studies: Teaching the basics of Islam, essential manners (Akhlaq), history, and the pillars of faith.
- 📖 Quran Recitation: Focused practice on Tajweed (rules of pronunciation) to ensure beautiful and correct recitation from an early age.
For Adults: Deepening Knowledge and Connection
Our adult sessions are designed to provide intellectual and spiritual growth through structured learning and reflection:
- 🕌 Tajweed Learning: Dedicated time to refine your recitation, focusing on proper pronunciation and the rules of phonetics.
- 📖 Qur’an Tafseer: A deep dive into the meanings of the Holy Qur’an, covering the explanation of one Ruku (section) per session to ensure thorough understanding.
- 🌟 Seerat-un-Nabi (SAW): Gaining practical life lessons and spiritual insights by studying the exemplary life of the Prophet Muhammad (SAW).
