Weekly Guided Divorce Support Group

Join us for a supportive and empowering gathering led by Amy Nielsen - a local divorce mediator, coach, and trained yoga instructor. We’ll begin with centering and grounding activities to help you reconnect with yourself and cultivate inner calm. From there, we’ll focus on building a strong, compassionate community for folks at any stage of the divorce journey—whether you’re considering divorce, in the process, or have already transitioned through it. This space offers an opportunity to connect with others who understand your experiences, gain valuable insights, and receive support as you navigate life after divorce.

Each week will host a community resource.
