Weekly - Free Guided Meditation and Soundbath

Join us for a guided meditation and sound bath with Tibetan Crystal Bowls. Sound therapy affects everyone differently: some feel physical sensations, others experience emotions, and some see colors or images, like a waking dream. Sound baths can stimulate creativity, offer inspiration, and help alleviate certain ailments. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement. Yoga Mats, bolsters, and blankets are provided. The enviroment will be dimly lit to allow for a Cozy and personal experience.

Natural Breathing: Breathe softly and naturally throughout. Some find the intensity of the sounds overwhelming at times, return your focus to the breath if this occurs.

Come Fragrance-Free: Please avoid strong scents to ensure everyone’s comfort.

Eyes Closed: The experience is inward-focused, so close your eyes or you may wish to bring an eye mask.

Cell Phones Off: Silence and store your cell phones for an uninterrupted experience.

Arrive Early: Arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up your space for maximum comfort.

Embrace Silence: Please remain silent during the session; save conversations for after.

Clear Mind and Body: Attend the sound experience free from alcohol and substances.

Sleeping / Snoring: Some peopel fall asleep during the sound healing. If you snore, lying on your side can help maintain the serene atmosphere.
