With great enthusiasm, we are here to tell you that our REGULAR FORRÓ CLASSES ARE BACK, starting next week! Group classes are happening on Wednesdays.
19:00-20:00 - BEGINNERS
20:00-20:30 - open practice
20:30-21:30 - IMPROVERS
The classes will take place in Stereo Művház, the new community space of the vibrantly diverse 8th district.
Single class: 3.500 Ft
Monthly pass: 12.000 Ft
New to forró?
We recommend you to join the BEGINNERS class, where you will learn the basics of forró, a repertoire of steps that will allow you to get started in dancing. Beyond technique, the focus of this class will be on helping you find confidence in your body, learning to trust it and move intuitively. We put emphasis on the musical connection and cultural context too.
Have been dancing forró but feel like improving your skills?
IMPROVERS class is for you, where a basic forró knowledge will be useful. Here you will have the chance to enrich your dancing repertoire with new moves and deepen your body consciousness through improvisational techniques. We will also bring the focus on presence, connection and playfulness.
