Training officially starts Wednesday May 7th 2025, and will continue each Wednesday until Wednesday, October 29th 2025. Conducting flight training does depend on the weather. Extreme weather, wind, or rain may cause cancellation of training for that week.
On training days instructors start working with students at 5pm, and fly until sunset or 8pm, whichever occurs first. This means we do fly with some wind, but not extreme wind, rain, snow, or extreme cold. If no instructors are available on a particular night, training will be cancelled. Attempts to contact current students if training must be canceled.
