About this Event

Feeling overwhelmed, mentally overloaded, or stuck in constant stress mode?

Deep Reset is a weekly guided hypnosis and relaxation experience designed to help calm the nervous system and bring the body out of fight-or-flight.

Each session combines hypnosis, trance work, deep relaxation, and gentle energy healing to help participants unwind physically, mentally, and emotionally.

This is not a lecture or interactive class. You don’t need experience with hypnosis or meditation, and there’s nothing you need to “perform” or figure out.

You simply arrive, settle in with a cup of herbal tea, and allow yourself to be guided into a deeply restorative state.

Many participants report feeling:

• calmer and mentally quieter
• physically lighter and less tense
• more emotionally balanced
• deeply rested and reset

Over time, regular sessions may help support:

• better sleep
• reduced stress and overwhelm

About the Facilitator

Marija Mikolajczak is a certified hypnotherapist, Reiki Master, and founder of Green Witch School of Practical Magic. She teaches trance work, meditation, intuitive development, and nervous system regulation through both private sessions and group experiences.
