Weekly Children's Meditation Classes in Capalaba (ages 3+)

Our weekly children's meditation classes are held on a property immersed in nature in Capalaba.

Each class includes a variety of mindfulness activities including

🧘 Playing the tongue drum

🧘 Dancing with sensory scarves

🧘 Crystal & Tibetan singing bowls

🧘 Grounding exercises

🧘 Short guided meditation

🧘 Positive affirmation cards

Our classes are 30 minutes in duration and cost just $10 per child

The tools and techniques children learn in our classes will help them know how to calm themselves when they start to feel overwhelmed, and will help them navigate life's challenges in a calmer way.
