$5 Drop in- paid directly to the instructorA gentle form of Yoga that helps those who are uncomfortable getting up and down on a mat. Poses are adapted to be done while seated or with the chair for stability. Like regular yoga, chair yoga can help improve flexibility, strength, balance, and relaxation.
