Weekly Bird Walks at Rock Point Center

Registration is required for this event! Please sign up for each walk you plan to attend. Capacity is limited to 20 participants. If you sign up but can no longer attend, please cancel your ticket through Eventbrite so someone else can join us. If you are signing up as a family or group, please make a note of how many people are part of your group at checkout. This is not a dog-friendly event.

Ticket Pricing: Tickets are available by donation to ensure we're able to continue offering regular programming sustainably. However, we don't want cost to be a barrier to anyone who wants to attend our programs. If cost is a barrier for you, please use the code ROCKPOINT100 during checkout to reveal a free ticket.

Led by local birder and naturalist Lachlan Ziegler, we'll explore the birds of Rock Point together each Saturday. All experience levels are welcome: whether you want to hone your bird identification skills or simply enjoy their beauty and song, join us for this weekly gathering to experience birds together throughout the seasons.

Please meet us at Rock Point Center, located at 20 Rock Point Road in Burlington. Dress for the weather and feel free to bring any resources you’d like, such as binoculars, scopes, field guides, and apps such as Merlin and eBird. We will have a few binoculars and other resources available as needed. Please note that bird walks may last longer than two hours but participants may leave whenever they need to.
