Come jam with us!***What is an Acro Jam?***
An Acro Jam is an open training session where people meet up to train acro yoga and partner acrobatics. Anyone is welcome and we work as a group to learn new tricks and skills.
Each week we get about 20-40 people showing up to the jams.
***Beginners Class***
Though you don't need experience to come along to a jam, we recommend first attending our Monday night class where we teach you everything you need to know about acroyoga and how to train safely.
You can come by yourself but feel free to bring a friend if you like 🙂
***What does it cost?***
The class and the jams are run entirely by donations. We need these donation to keep the doors open and appreciate anything and everything you're willing to give. A common donation amount is $10 for a class & $5 for a jam session.

***What to expect?***
First we'll warm up as a group, then we'll start guiding through a series of beginner friendly tricks and poses. The class will be customised to fit your level of ability and you can work at whatever pace you're comfortable with.
***What to wear?***
Please wear sports appropriate clothing and bring a water bottle and gym towel.
