Join us for Weekend Wind Down: Yoga & Sound Bath Experience in Culver City for a grounding event that combines the mindful practice of yoga with the soothing sounds of a sound bath. Let go of the week's stresses and unwind in a peaceful bamboo garden surrounded by like-minded individuals.

We will begin our practice with a power vinyasa flow class that includes flow elements, core work and standing series led by Jaclin. As you rest for savasana, allow the calming vibrations of healing instruments, and vocals (including ancient Hebrew prayer) wash over you, led by Donna.
