This event will be hosted by Daddy Everyday, Inc. Daddy Everyday is a fatherhood nonprofit dedicated to empowering men to be active, present, and engaged in their children's lives through workshops, mentorship and community programs that strengthen families. For this wellness walk, we are highlighting mental health and stress management for fathers, emphasizing the importance of taking care of the mind and body so dads can show up fully for themselves and their families. The McDonough Walking Club invites you to our monthly Weekend Wellness Health initiative, supported by The City of McDonough and the District 4 Department of Public Health. We aim to promote physical activity for McDonough citizens regardless of their fitness level.
