Weekend Wellness: Wellness Walk invites you to engage with the natural world in a mindful way. With incorporated elements of forest bathing, you'll feel the benefits of getting out into the great outdoors in the beautiful surroundings of Hothfield Heathlands Reserve.

During the event you will go for a gentle guided walk around the reserve and have the opportunity to try elements of forest bathing practices.

This event will be led by a member of Kent Wildlife Trust's Wellbeing Team. Remember we'll be outdoors, so come dressed for the weather and wear comfortable footwear for walking.
