This course will run monthly on Saturday afternoons 2pm-4pm from January to June on Meditation days for 6 sessions
Beginners welcome and you can join in at any month
£20 per 2 hour session. Must be pre booked

Level 1 Overcoming subconscious issues of criticism & Creating Boundaries. Sensory exercise is Taste
Level 2 Confrontation triggers and improving self confidence, Sensory exercise is Listening & watching
Level 3 Family dynamics & conditioning. Decluttering the mind. Sensory exercise is mind focus with crystals
Level 4 Numerology and Natural Elements, Setting own goals Sensory exercise is removing mental barriers
Level 5 Positive affirmations plan, aligning with the Universe, Sensory exercise is focus using flowers
Level 6 Manifesting Success, Thinking with the heart. Sensory exercise is Mandalas and sacred geometry

Dawn, who offers meditation, mind health and regression therapies at the centre will be offering different mindfulness techniques monthly in group sessions, plus individually, to release blockages, self doubt and increase a positive state of mind.
