Sunrise Yoga

Join us for a rejuvenating morning of yoga as we greet the day with sun salutations and gentle stretches. This in-person event will take place at 763 Massachusetts Ave, an oasis between Harvard and Central Square, located just above Life Alive. All levels are welcome, so whether you're a seasoned yogi or a newbie, come start your day right with us. There are yoga mats available for use if you don't have your own. Don't forget to bring a water bottle!
