Weekend Seminar - Asheville, NC

We are excited to return to Asheville, North Carolina, for the first Weekend Aspiring Innkeeper Seminar of 2025. While the weekend will focus on discussion of Inn operations, purchase and financing process, Inn Valuation, and beyond, we will also take some time to discuss recovery efforts in the Asheville market which has long been considered a B&B mecca.

The "weekend" session is our most in-depth future innkeeper program and allows for more face time and interaction with your instructors and hosting Innkeepers. This weekend seminar package, including instruction, workbooks, personalized follow-up consultation, meals, and breaks is only $375.00 for one person or $450.00 for two.

Please note that while we are still marketing this as a "Weekend Seminar", the workshop will consist of a presentation heavy schedule on Friday, March 14th. A light breakfast and lunch will be served during the course of the day, in addition to regular coffee/tea breaks. Friday's sessions will end around 5:30 and attendees will have a moment to relax before our hosting Innkeeper and his team prepare and serve dinner onsite.

Our formal sessions on Saturday, March 15th, will end around 12:00 PM before we head into Asheville to tour several local Inns and B&Bs.
