Retreat Guidelines
To help create a supportive environment for contemplation and practice, participants are asked to observe periods of noble silence as designated during the retreat schedule. During these times, please refrain from conversation and unnecessary communication.
We also ask that cell phones and other electronic devices be turned off or placed in airplane mode throughout retreat sessions and silent periods. If you anticipate needing to be available for an emergency, please notify us upon arrival.
Participants are encouraged to arrive with the intention of minimizing distractions, respecting the retreat environment, and supporting one another’s practice through mindfulness, quiet conduct, and consideration for the retreat center and fellow retreatants.
