Weekend Retreat in Harper's Ferry

Come join us at Rolling Ridge Retreat Center near Harpers Ferry, West Virginia on Friday October 24th at 10 AM through Sunday October 26th at 3 PM for a retreat focused on connection. Tune in to yourself, and the world around you through hikes, forest bathing, and experiential activities hosted by myself and Luke Bauer, a local nature guide on site. We will also be joined by Corey Timbers, M.Ac., L.Ac., a licensed acupuncturist, and Colleen Zuntag, RH (AHG), a traditional clinical herbalist, to learn more about how to connect to our bodies for healing and wellness.

Rolling Ridge is located on a 1600-acre nature preserve. With miles of trails and fall foliage in peak color, this is sure to be a restorative experience for us all.
