Weekend Renewal: Candlelit Morning Sound Bath

Join us for a soothing, candlelit 60-minute sound bath, thoughtfully designed to ease away the stress of the week and guide you back to a grounded and ready for the weekend.

Held on a peaceful weekend morning, this gathering invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself before the day unfolds. Surrounded by the soft glow of candlelight and the nourishing vibrations of sound, you’ll have the chance to release tension, restore balance, and begin your weekend feeling refreshed and renewed.

This intimate, cozy experience is open to the community—a beautiful way to start your weekend with intention and ease. Please come in comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.

Space is limited, so be sure to reserve your spot in advance. Please arrive 5 minutes early to set up your yoga mat, use the restroom, etc, so that we can start on time and you can enjoy the full experience.
