Reflexology Workshop with Kiaya Perez

Join us for an immersive introduction to reflexology—its rich history, origins, and its growing role as a powerful alternative therapy. In this class, we’ll explore the many benefits of reflexology, with a special focus on how specific acupressure points correspond to the body’s nervous system. Kiaya will guide us through a live demonstration of these techniques, helping us gain a deeper understanding of how reflexology supports the body’s natural healing process. By the end of the session, you’ll walk away with practical knowledge and a renewed appreciation for this holistic practice.

Kiaya Perez is a Ventura county native. She received her Bachelor's Degree in integrative health and wellness, with a minor in holistic health at Metropolitan State University of Denver. She is a practicing Reflexologist at Ema's Herbs where she trained under Sara as well as did training in San Diego. She has a 200hr yoga teacher training certification and has taught yoga in Colorado and Ventura County, and is a level one and two reiki practitioner.

Kiaya began to explore the world of natural medicine, herbs, and holistic health in 2019 and has been working and studying in this field since then. She has been an employee at Ema's Herbs for two years now and is taking Reflexology appointments on Thursdays and Fridays at the shop.
