Across two cozy gatherings, we’ll breathe, soften, and remember the joy and peace that arrive when we are still.Come to one—or come to both for a layered reset that carries you through the season.
Saturday, Dec 13 — Easing into Stillness with Priya
10:00–11:30 AM
Discover the peace that meditation brings in a safe and supportive space. In this beginner - friendly workshop, we'll ease into stillness of body and mind through gentle movement, breath awareness, and deep listening. Participants will have an opportunity to share their insights and experiences after the practice.
Sunday, Dec 14 — Restorative Yoga & Deep Rest with Danielle
3:00–4:30 PM
Sink into supported poses, blankets, and bolsters while your body unwinds. Think: long, quiet holds, dim lights, nurturing cues, essential oils and guided relaxation. No experience needed—just show up and be cared for.
Come for one or both. These sessions are all-levels and designed for real life.
Bring: yoga mat, cozy layers/socks, and water. We’ll provide props; bring an extra blanket or eye pillow if you love them.
