We talk a lot about loving our neighbors. Now it is time to put those words into action.
God’s Work. Our Hands. is our annual weekend dedicated to rolling up our sleeves and showing up for our local community. We have built a lineup of hands-on projects for Saturday, September 12th and Sunday, September 13th, giving you a chance to make a direct, tangible impact right where we live. We need your hands to make this happen, and there is a place for everyone to get involved—especially if this is your very first time joining us.
Saturday morning is all about getting out into the community from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon. You can join the crew at the MUST Ministries Donation Center to sort clothing. You will just need to register on the MUST Volunteer Hub: https://mustministries.volunteerhub.com/vv2/lp/mustchurchofres
If you prefer a more physical task, you can grab a paintbrush and help with general maintenance and painting at YELLS. Just message us to get the address and claim your spot on that crew.
Sunday brings the work right to our campus. Meet us in the Gathering Room between services for several onsite projects. We will be assembling hygiene kits for the MUST Ministries Hope House, tying fleece blankets for the MUST Toy Shop, and making bookmarks to send to the girls and staff at the Milagro center in Guatemala. You can also help knit prayer squares, or sign up to provide homemade meals and baked goods for folks in our community who could use a little extra support right now.
We are also hosting a weekend-wide underwear drive. Simply bring a new package of adult or children’s sizes with you to the church at any point during the weekend.
