Weekend of Love & Strength: A Celebration of Survivors, Community & Cuisine

The Weekend of Love & Strength is more than a series of events — it’s a heartfelt celebration of life, resilience, and community. Hosted by Chef Carl Shipp, whose mother is a breast cancer survivor, this weekend brings people together to honor the fighters, survivors, and supporters who embody courage every day.

Through food, fellowship, and faith, we’ll nourish both the body and soul. Join us for three days of inspired events that connect our community through love — with proceeds supporting local breast cancer awareness efforts.

Friday, September 24 – Sweet Start for Survivors

Kick off the weekend with flavor and love.

Lunch Special (11 AM – 3 PM): Free dessert with any hot-line purchase

Evening Mixer (7 PM – 10 PM): “Sip, Sing & Celebrate” — karaoke, paint & sip, and signature Ember & Ash cocktails

Saturday, September 25 – Lunch & Learn: Stories of Strength

Feed your body. Empower your mind.
Join us for two sessions featuring survivors, advocates, and local health professionals sharing stories and resources.

Sessions: 11 AM & 1 PM (Free registration required)

Lunch Options:
🍽 Group Package (5+ guests): $30 per person (entrée, 2 sides, drink, dessert)
🍗 A La Carte: $18–$25 range

Sunday, September 26 – Survivors Brunch & Serenade

Celebrate the beauty of survival with soul food and song.
