The teachings and guided meditations will be on love. Why meditate on love? Everyone needs love in their hearts. Love makes you happy; love makes others happy. It is nourishing, protective, and provides joy and meaning to our life. Through the practice of love, we will have a clear direction and purpose, and gradually access our potential to experience a powerful and all-embracing love.
