Weekend Link Annual Meet & Greet and After Party 2026

Get ready to connect and unwind or turn up at the awesome WLU M&G 2026. This is an in-person event where you can meet your favorite admins, new friends, chat buddies, and crushes or just have a great time together. Whether you're coming alone or with buddies, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Don't miss out on this chance to be part of something fun and memorable!

We will be Partying at the Bay Street Lounge that is inside the Best Western Hotel, when the club is over, we will be taking the party upstairs to the Hospitality Suite where you will need a ticket for the After Party.

(Note) The Hospitality Suite will be open Saturday at 5pm.

Rooms $109/night ($123/taxes) There is a $100 incidental fee per stay and you can pay in card or cash. You get it back!

Meet & Greet / After Party cost: $50/p (Inc. a wristband which gives you full access to the hospitality room, and any food and drinks provided in that room (as they last).

There will also be a souvenir bag to help you remember the amazing weekend you have at this Meet & Greet! )

Open Daily for dining: Breakfast Buffet 630am-10am, cost is $10.55 per person; Diner 6pm-9pm.

Oversized vehicles such as trucks, RVs, trailers, buses, or vehicles that require more than one parking space is subject to a parking fee of $20.00 for each parking space, each day.
