The ICAgile Leading with Agility (LEA) is a meticulously designed advanced training course. Its primary objective is to sculpt agile leaders capable of adeptly steering through today’s fluid and ever-evolving organizational terrains. The course emphasizes the urgent necessity for leadership agility, especially considering the intricate and shifting complexities synonymous with modern times. It draws a clear line between agile organizations and their conventional counterparts, showcasing the inherent advantages of the former.

This course is accredited by the International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile) as fulfilling all Learning Objectives for the Leading with Agility course. In order to earn an ICAgile certification for this course, participation is required in the entirety of the course. Participants must also have the ability to demonstrate competency to their trainers that they have acquired the necessary knowledge to earn the certification. After successful completion of this course, participants will receive an email from ICAgile with the link to claim certification for the ICAgile Certified Leading with Agility (ICP-LEA) and be considered an Agile Certified Leader.

Successful completion of this class enables you to be eligible for the following:

• 14 Scrum Education Units toward Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)

• 14 PDUs toward the PMI continuing education
