Join us for a fun filled scrapbooking, stamping or crafting weekend as we raise funds and awareness for our friends in the Autism community. Proceeds from the event will be donated to a local organization that provides support and services to individuals on the Autism spectrum. (TBD)
Cost of the crop is $275 and includes your own 6ft table. Crop begins Friday at 10am and ends Sunday at 4pm. You can also SUPER SIZE your weekend by adding Thursday at 4pm for an additional $20. Dinner and a mid-day snack will be provided on Friday, breakfast and dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday.
Payment/registration can be made by PayPal (please add $5 for processing fee) https://www.paypal.me/SIUB or by check. I can accept Venmo for returning participants. A $75 deposit is required at time of registration with the remaining $200 due by 3/1/25, (or you can pay the full amount should you choose to do so) Any cancelations received prior to 1/31/25 will receive a 100% refund of amount paid. Any cancelations received before 3/1/25 will receive 50% of amount paid or 100% of your $75 deposit (whichever is greater) I cannot offer any refunds for cancellations made after 3/1/25. Scrap it Up Blue does not offer any refunds for events that are canceled or rescheduled due to extreme weather conditions.
The hotel will offer up a reduced rate for our guest room block which I will add here once I receive the link.
