This 8-hour weekend intensive introduces you to the Meisner Technique, a powerful, practical approach that builds presence, emotional truth, deep listening, and authentic connection. You’ll spend less time “thinking” and more time doing, responding honestly in the moment.

The Meisner Technique is one of the most widely used approaches for film and television actors, practiced by artists such as , , , , and .

This weekend is offered at a very accessible price to welcome new students and help grow a supportive community of Meisner-based actors in the Kitchener-Waterloo area.

No experience required.

Paul Hopkins is a Canadian actor, director, and teacher with over 30 years of professional experience in theatre, film, and television.
