Erasmus Paris in Amsterdam! Erasmus Paris EP offers you a trip to Amsterdam, for a weekend, during your Erasmus stay. This trip is available for you but also for all your friends, whether they are Erasmus, Au pair, international, doctoral student or French! During this trip, we will visit Amsterdam by night and day. What happens in Amsterdam…stays in Amsterdam!
In short, a busy weekend awaits you. Discovering this city in the company of students from all over the world is an experience to live at least once in your life. The rooms are available upon our arrival, then a program is offered for students who wish with: – The City Tour – Boat trip – Flower market Obviously. This is an optional program and you can stay free if you wish for the rest of the weekend.

👉 Departure from Paris Porte Maillot (in front of the Palais des Congrès - M1 Station Porte Maillot ‐RER C Station Neuilly Porte Maillot) at 9:00 a.m. (coach departure time) 🚌
You are asked to attend 20 minutes before departure.
Return to Paris at 11:30 pm.

- non-member 150 € until 27 October, then €160
Modification or cancellation 7 days after registration **
Included: accommodation, tourist tax, tour leader, escort for the Amsterdam boat tour, windmill, city tour and flower walk.
Not included: visits (Boat trip), breakfasts, meals, personal expenses.

It is possible to exchange your ticket for free with another person up to 48 hours before departure.

(The member card is not mandatory. You can participate at our activities without the member card. We would like to remind you that the Tobeerasmus activities are open for everyone.)

For your security we use a 3D Secure system. Your credit card must be connected to your mobile phone number. If this is not the case, you have the possibility to pay by credit card via our Paypal payment option.

Pay with PayPal, you can pay with your credit card if you don't have a PayPal account.
Cash/Cheque
You have chosen to pay by cheque or cash when you placed your order: You now have 7 days to come to our offices to pay for your order. Please bring a copy of your order with you when you come to our office (print your email). After 7 days, without any news from you, the order will be automatically cancelled.

You must always be in possession of an Identity Card (or passport …) and your social security card.
You must also inform the staff of any peculiar medical problems that concerns you (for example asthma, diabetes) and/or if you have any peculiar alimentary habits/diet.
For those who are underage, a written parental consent and the valid telephone number of someone responsible for them must be communicated.

🚍 Your transport is by coach (61 people), with quality equipment. Our companies are selected on the basis of a new coach or one less than 5 years old with at least one of the following criteria
- USB hub
- WC
- Lateral displacement of the seats.
Allowing you optimal comfort throughout the journey and an arrival at each destination in a more pleasant climate. For larger destinations (stays of more than one night) we select coaches with a length of at least 14 meters.

🔸 You have 7 days to cancel your purchase after your registration.
🔸 The trip is non-refundable, non-exchangeable within 30 days prior to departure
🔸 Only the ticket is exchangeable up to 48 hours before departure
🔸 Online payment fees are not refundable automatically.
