Get ready for another delicious summer of fun!The Curious Kitchen proudly presents its 12th annual Kids Summer Cooking Camp - a hands-on culinary adventure where young chefs (ages 6–15) learn real kitchen skills while cooking up amazing dishes from scratch.
This week’s theme, “Variety II,” gives campers a taste of everything! Junior Chefs will explore food prep, measuring, and working with fresh ingredients to create a mix of appetizers, satisfying sides, favorite pastas, veggies, proteins, and of course, some sweet treats! Each 3-hour class ends with everyone enjoying the meal they’ve proudly prepared.
Every week offers a brand-new theme and menu, so kids can join for multiple weeks to keep learning and tasting something new. We happily accommodate dietary needs—just let us know in advance.

Day 2 - Pizza Making

Day 3 - A Day In Italy
- Italian Garlic Knots (bread-making)

- Italian Sodas (we are making these, too!)
Day 4 - Perfect Picnic
- Deviled Eggs
- Oven Baked Crispy Chicken

- Individual Apple Hand Pies
- Homemade Lemonade
Day 5 - Cupcake Wars
Everyone will be competing in Cupcake Wars today. Each child will start with the same vanilla cake recipe. From that point they will have access to our pantry and fridge, to create their own flavor profile for their cupcakes. Same with the frosting.
We will be there every step of the way to help them! The kids will be sampling the cupcakes and doing the judging themselves. And yes, there will be a prize!!
