Week #11 Training Run - Frisco Highline Trail / Willard Middle

Week 11 training run
Mileage will be 18, 9, & 2 for the three plans.
Lets meet at 6:45AM at Willard Middle School to get some nice flat miles. If you did Run the Rock the weekend before this run might be a nice break!
There will not be an official week 12 run as the Bass Pro Fulbright run is next Saturday. Hope to see you there!
Routes will be posted closer to the event date. I hope you like straight lines and vague turnaround points.
