Wednesdays with Wyche at the Zone-In Gallery

Councilmember Christopher L. Wyche invites you to the next session of Wednesdays with Wyche on October 7 from 5:00 P.M.-7:00 P.M. to review the city’s newly released Zone-In Phase II proposal, chat with the Zone-In team and City planners, and discuss environmental, conservation and sustainability issues as it pertains to the City’s proposed zoning code.

Zone-In Phase II proposes updated zoning regulations for mixed-use, industrial, warehouse, business, and institutional areas across Columbus. These changes aim to create more opportunities for housing and jobs, while building clearer standards for our City's growth. A 60-day public comment period is currently open through October 24, with the goal of collecting community feedback to inform the proposed zoning updates.

As Chair of the Public Utilities & Sustainability Committee, Councilmember Wyche looks forward to the opportunity to engage with civic associations and community partners at Wednesdays with Wyche to look at the proposed zoning updates together and discuss how the City can encourage environmental awareness and sustainable growth as part of the Zone In initiative.

This is an open-house style event, so we encourage you to stop by at your convenience. Additionally, folks are more than welcome to chat with Councilmember Wyche and staff about issues unrelated to the Zone In initiative.
