Wednesday Wine Tasting! - Robert Sinskey Vineyards & Wilding Farm - 7~9pm

Robert Sinskey Vineyards (RSV) is a second-generation, family-owned winery known for organic, biodynamic-inspired grape growing and food-friendly wines. After operating in Napa’s Stags Leap District for decades, the brand evolved by selling its original vineyards, and then transitioning to Wildling Farm in the Carneros Valley, while Robert's 1st vineyard purchase began his journey decades before! One of few Napa Winegrowers that didnt chase Cabernet Sauvignon as a focus, the range, style & sustainability of the operation was a higher calling perhaps, albeit while mastering the art of finese, deal making, fruit growing and winery building!

OTV credits a visit to RSV for our Brown Bag special - when we visited the Stone Winery at Stag's Leap, they had found there was a problem with moldy labels in one of their cellars, and our fortunate timing allowed us to purchase a high quality, mature wine for a lot less off the tasting room backbar dressed only in a brown bag.GENIUS!

The background story of the fruit growing to partnering with wineries that bought fruit that then sold and released land to the family as part of the sale, followed by decades of building anew, Napa Fires licking at the building, selling vineyards and keeping winery, then returning afresh to Carneros is a tremendous Epic Tale of Family Focus and Delicious Wines!
