Come along for a perfect mid week yoga class to help you release tension and restore balance. We'll begin by building heat flowing through sun salutations, energising the body and focusing the mind. We'll then transition into a calming sequence of active and passive stretches, allowing you to gradually unwind, release tightness, and relax. Ending, of course, with a restorative Savasana. You will hopefully leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and ready to flow through the rest of your week. Suitable for all levels of yogis.
