Starting Wednesday, May 13, at 9am, at the "Phase 2" trailhead parking lot at Alum Creek, we will begin our "Wednesday Wheels and Wellness" program series… Where we meet, ride, share, and hang out.
This is a great opportunity to learn to ride, learn to shred, meet members of PHR - as well as veteran peer support ambassadors - ready to hold space and listen to your challenges and successes!
