We dance to GREAT R&B music, starting off with a warm up drill and head into partnering.
6:30 Intermediates--these are Bronze 4 and Silver WCS figures
7:15 Beginners--we work on sugar push, left and right side passes and basic whips.
It is a fun group with a lot of rotation and exercise. Room to improvise if you want to.
