Join us each Wednesday evening for a rotating series of wellness experiences designed to restore balance, open the heart, and build community. Every week offers a unique way to connect with yourself and others in a supportive, healing space.
Weekly Flow
1st Wednesday: Meditation & Healing Circle
Slow down, breathe, and reconnect through guided meditation, group healing, and intention setting. Leave with calm, clarity, and tools to carry into your week.
2nd Wednesday: UNITY Circle
Gather in a safe space of authentic connection. Practice heart-centered sharing, compassionate listening, and rediscover the strength of community care.
3rd Wednesday: Breathwork Journey
Release stress and expand your vitality with a guided breathwork practice supported by music and integration rest. Breathe deeper into presence and possibility.
4th Wednesday: Sound Journey with Tash of Three Little Lunas
Join us on the 4th Wednesday of each month for a transformative 75-minute Sound Journey guided by Tash, owner of the wellness company Three Little Lunas. Offered on a love-donation basis to keep this experience accessible for all, you’ll be immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal and Himalayan bowls, chimes, and a variety of other instruments designed to release tension, balance your energy, and guide you into deep relaxation.
Whether you’re seeking clarity, rest, or simply a moment to reconnect with yourself, this serene space invites inner exploration and renewal. To support your comfort during this extended journey, please bring anything you need to feel cozy lying down for 75 minutes — blankets, pillows, bolsters, or a yoga mat.
This gathering is offered on a sliding-scale donation basis: pay what feels right for you, in alignment with your current means and gratitude for the experience. Every contribution, no matter the amount, helps sustain this community and make future events possible.
