Synopsis
A Bus Stop & Radio Drama
At a busy bus stop on the eve of Easter, strangers are bound together by waiting — for transport, for answers, for healing. As a live radio program debates love, promises, and second chances, real lives unfold just beyond the microphone.
Mimi, wounded by betrayal, confronts the truth behind a love she once said “yes” to. Francis, steady and hopeful, believes love is more than words — it is presence and sacrifice. Auntie Araba Thompson, a sharp-tongued bus stop vendor with a broken marriage behind her, carries the weight of choices shaped by family pressure and misplaced trust.
As conversations at the radio studio echo the confessions at the bus stop, secrets surface, promises are questioned, and hearts are tested. In the space between saying “yes” and standing by it, the characters discover that love can fail, but it can also rise again — if someone is brave enough to stay.
