In a sound healing session you can expect to immerse yourself in a soothing environment where various instruments such as singing bowls gongs and chimes are played to create harmonious vibrations. As you relax comfortably the gentle sounds wash over you inducing a state of deep relaxation. You may experience a range of sensations from physical relaxation to emotional release as the sound vibrations work to balance your energy and promote healing throughout your body mind and spirit.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the event begins I promptly start at 6:00 PM

Please abstain from wearing heavy perfumes

Upon arriving please use the restrooms and turn off your phones.

Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat pillows blankets and anything you need to be comfortable
