Wednesday Reset Sound Bath

Join me on Wednesday, April 9 for a Midweek Reset Sound Bath.

A small, intimate sound journey with no more than 6 participants, held in my Reiki space, where the vibrations can be felt on a deep level. This setting encourages full relaxation and energetic alignment. All supplies are provided, just bring yourself.

Each participant will be provided the following:

• 1 exercise mat
• 1 yoga mat
• 2 yoga blankets
• 1 soft blanket
• 1 bolster

If you wish to bring your own "nest" please let me know. You can simply send me a text at 631-219-8111.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in. The sound bath will last approximately 60 minutes.
