Come join us every Wednesday evening for our regularly scheduled weekly meeting on the 3rd floor in the Crow's Nest! This is a meditation-based recovery/support group. Recovery Dharma is Buddhist inspired but not required. We are a peer led group and do not follow any one leader or teacher but trust in the Wisdom of The Buddha (the potential for our own awakening) The Dharma (The Truth or The Teachings) and The Sangha (our community of Wise Friends on this path). This is a program of empowerment and DOES NOT ask us to believe in anything but our own potential to change and heal. We are all inclusive, whether you're struggling with addiction, process addictions, no addiction at all and just ready to address unwanted negative habits this is your program! We utilize meditation and share freely in this safe space.
