Excited to announce I’ll be adding a new morning class to my schedule starting after October half-term! 🙌 Join me every Weds morning (starting 5th November) at Newton Community Centre (Belmont park) from 10:15-11:15am for a feel-good morning flow🧘♀️
A blend of mindful movement, grounding breath work & soothing meditation to give your body & mind that much-needed midweek boost! 🫶
