Join me in Wednesday Hatha Yoga for Beginners Class, at Elgar Centre, Upton, NN5 4EN, from 6.30pm till 7.30pm!It is a slower-paced class and geared towards those who are new to yoga or preferring a slightly gentler class. In the class we will work on releasing tightness in the shoulders, middle and lower back. hips by restoring blood and fluid circulation throughout the body.
In the end of the class your body will feel lighter and your mind - more at one with the world!
The exercise works for lower back issues, shoulders and hip arthritis.
Students claim to have better night sleep, an ease with muscle cramps and shoulder tightness release!
ALL GENDERS ARE WELCOME!!
Men fear not as there are already male representatives in the group!
The class is £9.00 per a session
