Due to popular demand, I am once again hosting a yoga and Shamanic Journey event in Kingsthorpe.If you regularly attend my Wednesday evening Yoga classes, you will naturally be included in this event, unless you prefer to transfer to another weekly class instead.
We will work through a gentle yoga routine that opens up the 3rd eye and grounds to secure your connection to your higher aspect.
We will then relax back to the sound of the Native American Drum, where the rhythm will lead you towards a discovery of and contact with your power animal.
The drum will be played live.

You will need your yoga mat, a blanket and a drink.
