The word "gospel" means good news. It's the good news that God sent Jesus to save sinners from eternal judgment. However, several centuries after Jesus came, the way the gospel was understood and taught began to change, leading to confusion and false belief. Then in the early sixteenth century, God raised up a group of reformers who would open the Scriptures and rediscover the true gospel, which is still changing lives today. Join us on Wednesdays at 6:00PM as we examine the history of the Protestant Reformation. We will take a close look at the history, theology, and practical aspects of this movement that returned the gospel to truly being good news.
