Join us in our Bunbury store for our ‘ Slab to Fab Cake Decorating Class 'Basic info: 5.20 PM arrival on Wednesday 29th October 2025. Allow 1.5 hours. No baking involved. Take home your work of art 1 x slab cake.
Pre booking and payment upfront are a must. This class is $85.
Description:
Join us for an exclusive cake decorating class where you'll learn to use a selection of piping tips to create stunning patterns onto a slab cake.
This class is part of our 'Piping 'series.
Class Highlights:
Colour Blending Techniques: Discover how to blend buttercream in vibrant shades of your choice to achieve a stunning gradient effect.
Piping Mastery: Learn various piping techniques to create intricate designs on the top of your cake, adding depth and texture. We will practise on baking paper to get into the rhythm!
Decorating: Learn the best way to create stand out piping patterns, smaller patterns and filler pieces. We will add some pre made edible chocolate pieces to finish off the decorating.
Tips and Tricks: These will be shared throughout the class.
This is a design that can be re-created in various themes for future cupcakes and cake decorating. Not just slab cakes.
Important Info:
Please bring a water bottle and wear closed in shoes.
Long hair to be tied back.
An apron will be supplied.
This class is suitable for ages 18 - 80 years
Our venue is approved by the Bunbury City Council for classes
Classes are held at 3/7 Hennessy Rd (our Bunbury store)
Full Payment is required to secure your place
If you need to cancel, we will hold a credit for a future class if cancelled earlier than 3 weeks before the class
If cancellation is within 3 weeks all monies will be forfeited
If we need to cancel due to lack of numbers or illness we will provide a full refund.
