Basic info : 9.20 am arrival for a 9.30 am start on Saturday 1st November 2025. Allow 1 .5 hours. No baking involved. Take home your work of art = 6 cupcakes and newfound knowledge.
Pre booking and payment upfront are a must. This class is $85.
On arrival we will have your work station set up with all the tools you need to decorate 6 cupcakes.
Jennie will be sharing her techniques, tips and hints through the class. This is the perfect class to learn buttercream piping.
Buttercream / Colours - We will be using american buttercream with gel based neon colours.Learn how to make the most of your colours and achieve various shades as well as two-toning technique.
Piping techniques - How to fill a piping bag like a pro - the mess free way, which piping tips to use for different designs.Before we start piping on the cupcakes we will have a practice on a sheet of baking paper.
Decorating - Elevate your cupcakes to the next level with the addition of sprinkles and flitter spray.
Jennie is self taught baker and cake decorator with a wealth of knowledge and enthusiam. Her passion is in the detail and many hours are enjoyed decorating cupcakes and cakes. She is one of our regular teachers offering a variety of classes and works in the shop as well.
You will leave this class feeling confident about your newfound knowledge that can be used on future decorating for cakes and cupcakes.

Please bring a water bottle and wear closed in shoes.
Long hair to be tied back.
An apron will be supplied.
This class is suitable for ages 12 - adult
Our venue is approved by the Bunbury City Council for classes
Classes are held at 3/7 Hennessy Rd (our Bunbury store)
Full Payment is required to secure your place
If you need to cancel, we will hold a credit for a future class if cancelled earlier than 3 weeks before the class
If cancellation is within 3 weeks all monies will be forfeited
If we need to cancel due to lack of numbers or illness we will provide a full refund.
