A Community-Driven Evening for Wedding Vendors
Wedly is hosting an in-person networking event designed to bring Minnesota wedding vendors together in a genuine, welcoming environment — focused on connection, collaboration, and community over competition.
This event is made possible through the generosity of local vendors who have
donated their time, services, and space to support a more transparent and
relationship-driven wedding industry.

Date: Thursday, February 19, 2026
Time: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Setup Access: Begins at 2:00 PM (vendors may arrive anytime between 2–4 PM)
Location: Pinewood Weddings & Events
Estimated attendance: 30–50 wedding professionals
What to Expect
• Casual, stress-free networking
• Opportunities to build real referral relationships
• A chance to meet vendors you actually align with
• Light bites, coffee, music, and interactive experiences
• A community-first atmosphere (no pay-to-play, no pressure)
What to bring:
• Business cards
• Marketing materials (brochures, rack cards, etc.)
• Table signage or small displays (optional)
Wedly Magazine Partnership Perk
Vendors who are donating services or space to help host this event receive a
complimentary feature spot in the Wedly Magazine.
Our Founding Issue Magazine will be available at the event, and partners are welcome to take additional copies to share in studios, coffee shops, bridal suites, or with clients, Please give us a heads up if you’d like extra copies ordered.
Vendor partners who are helping with this event will get a free copy, addition copies can be purchased.
Single copy: $15
2–3 copies: $12 each
5+ copies : $10 each
