Building out from Barolo, Aldo now produces many of the powerhouse wines of Piedmonte including Bricco delle Viole, Albe, Coste di Rose, and Ravera and the non-nebbiola varietals of Langhe Nebbiolo, Freisa (Kyè), Claré J.C., Dolcetto d'Alba, Barbera d'Alba, Riesling Pétracine, and Barolo Chinato, having built the Riesling strain from original stockl!

We'll be serving six wines together with charcuterie family-style, along with a light snack too and as always great conversations, this time with accents that match the wine! 7 - 9:00 PM $75 + tax pp (81.19)
