TRIP PLAN

Date: Listed above. Please arrive 15 minutes earlier. Van will depart sharply on time with or without you.

Depart 6:00 AM from Queens: (Across street from Asian Jewels) 133-30 39th Ave, Flushing, NY 11354 (Map). Subway lines (Main St-Flushing): 7. (NEW for 25/26: 1 block from previous spot)

Depart 6:30 AM from NYC: (Vivi Bubble Tea) Northwest corner of 43rd St and 9th Ave New York, NY 10036 (Map) Subway lines (Times Sq-42 St): A, C, E, 1, 2, 3, 7, N, Q, R, S.

Depart 6:45 AM from NJ: (North Bergen Park & Ride) Commuter Parking Lot, North Bergen, NJ 07047 (Map) Please wait near the bus stop. Note: Daily parking is $10, includes the bus transit.

Return: Depart from Blue Mountain at 4:15 PM and expect to arrive at NJ at 7:00 PM, NYC at 7:30 PM & Queens at 8:00 PM.

Round trip transportation $69. We offer $10 discount automatically when booked by Dec 14.

Additional Cost: Ski Rental Package (includes skis, boots, poles & helmet) and Snowboard Rental Package (includes snowboard, boots & helmet) can be booked online in advance. $3 cash service fee is required & will be collected on the returning trip.

2) KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and,

3) Willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation; and,

4) Event participant, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS NY Ski & Snowboard Club their officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event, WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
